1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are:
    • Damaged or defective at the time of delivery
    • Incorrect (different product from what was ordered)
    • Incomplete (missing parts/accessories)
  • Returns will not be accepted for:
    • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
    • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
    • Personal care/beauty products once opened (for hygiene reasons)

2. Return Process

  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel at the time of receiving.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be sent to the customer’s preferred mobile wallet or bank account.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If the product is available in stock, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund.
  • Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our end (wrong, defective, or damaged product).
  • In case of valid returns, we will bear the return shipping cost.

6. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet our return criteria.
  • This policy applies only to orders placed within Bangladesh.
